These Terms of Use apply to the Share2Site app and website. By using Share2Site, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Service
Share2Site helps you select a file and send it to websites or services that you configure. You are responsible for the files you choose, the destination websites you add, and compliance with the terms of those third-party services.
Subscriptions
Share2Site may offer an auto-renewable subscription called Share2Site Plus. The subscription can remove ads and enable larger uploads or other premium features shown in the app at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use Share2Site to upload, submit, or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, website, servers, or other users.
Third-party services
Destination websites, advertising providers, Apple services, and other third-party services are independent from Share2Site. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Privacy
Please review the Share2Site Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
No warranty
Share2Site is provided as is, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any third-party website will accept your files or remain available.
